Who we are

What we don’t collect
Micro Shopper has no accounts, sign-ups, comment forms or checkout. We don’t ask for your name, email address, payment details or location, and we don’t use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views so we know which pages are useful. According to Cloudflare, it doesn’t use cookies, localStorage or other client-side storage, and it doesn’t log the query strings in page addresses. See Cloudflare’s Web Analytics FAQ.
- We don’t track which retailer links you click.
- If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, the analytics script isn’t loaded at all.
Information stored on your device
Your favorites and your season preference are saved in your browser’s local storage so they’re still there next time. They never leave your device, and you can clear them at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
Retailer and affiliate links
When you click a link to a retailer such as Amazon, you leave Micro Shopper. That retailer, and any affiliate program it runs, may set cookies or collect information to attribute purchases and process orders. Their privacy policies apply on their sites, and we don’t receive your personal or order details. Some of these third parties may use cookies, web beacons and similar technologies to collect information about your visit to provide their services.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical information such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect the service. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Children
Micro Shopper is a general-audience site and is not directed to children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information. Because we don’t collect personal information directly, there is usually nothing for us to retrieve, but you’re welcome to contact us with any request or question.
Changes
If we change how the site handles data — for example, by adding a newsletter — we’ll update this page and the date above first.
